Job summary

Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, part of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Medical Receptionist at the Oxnard clinic. The role involves front desk duties, scheduling, and patient coordination to support orthopedic care in Ventura County.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong customer service, HIPAA compliance, and multi-tasking skills. Schedule includes Mon-Fri with occasional coverage at other clinics.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+)
• Experience: Practice Management System knowledge, patient scheduling capabilities and insurance plan understanding. Front office experience in a physical therapy office is a plus.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and maintains a friendly, welcoming relationship with patient care coordinators and external connections.
• Clearly communicates with all staff in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Answers phones and greets patients professionally; returns voicemails the same day; maintain a high call-answer rate (>85%).
• Adheres to HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partners Group.
• Escalates patient issues to local Clinical leadership and Regional Front Office management.
• Schedules initial evaluations and follow-up visits through the plan of care.
