Job summary

Doctors of Physical Therapy in Mission Viejo is seeking a friendly Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to support our providers during patient exercises and treatments. You will greet patients, assist with scheduling and front desk tasks, and help maintain smooth clinic operations.

You’ll join a collaborative, patient-centered team that values initiative, reliability, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. Prior healthcare or exercise science experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Friendly and approachable personality; you love interacting with people.
• Passionate about helping others and customer service.
• Comfortable with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during patient exercises and treatments.
• Greet patients and assist with scheduling, calls, and copays.
• Maintain clear communication between providers, patients, and front office.
