Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with at least two (2) years of case management experience in child and family services or at least three (3) years in refugee and immigration fields
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish
• Ability to work and serve diverse client groups including refugees and minority families

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services (PRS) and comprehensive case management
• Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations
• Conduct home visits and perform home study assessments as needed
• Provide psycho-educational information, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to children and families
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and resources
