Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Refugee & Immigrant Children Case Manager. You will provide culturally sensitive case management for refugee/immigrant youths, conduct home studies, and coordinate with foster families to support reunification and transition to adulthood.

Strong communication and confidentiality are essential. Role requires at least one year of case management experience and bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, with ability to handle sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or related field.
• At least 1 year of case management experience with children and families.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of social work principles and state regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate, comprehensive case management services.
• Maintain a caseload and home studies in line with contract terms and agency expectations.
• Assess potential placements for refugee and immigrant children, including interviews and home study investigations.
• Complete reports, case notes, and contacts in the required databases within set timeframes.
• Provide psycho-educational information, referrals, advocacy, and support to children and families.
• Monitor safety and placement appropriateness using child welfare principles and best practices.
• Serve clients across the branch’s entire state; attend weekly supervisor meetings.
