Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is looking for a Case Manager - Home Study and Post Release Services based in Nebraska. This role involves working with unaccompanied children to facilitate family reunification and ensuring they receive adequate support and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and at least two years of relevant case management experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of case management experience in child and family services.
• Demonstrated ability to service diverse clients, including refugees.
• Valid driver's license with 3 years of experience in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally appropriate Post Release Services and case management.
• Conduct home visits and perform home study assessments.
• Document case notes and maintain compliance with agency requirements.
