Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a PRS and HS Case Manager to support children and families across Illinois. You will provide culturally competent case management, perform home studies when needed, and coordinate referrals while ensuring compliance with contract terms.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication, trauma-informed care, and ability to work independently within a faith-based organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field from an accredited college.
• 2+ years of case management experience in child and family services or 3+ years in related refugee/immigration fields (in lieu of education).
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate Post Release Services (PRS) and comprehensive case management services.
• Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations.
• Effectively maintain case capacity and trending of all caseloads.
• Conduct home visits in accordance with contract requirements when needed.
• Conduct reunification process by performing home study assessments as needed.
• Provide psycho-educational information, referrals, outreach, advocacy, and support to children and families.
