Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Property management software experience; Rent Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
