Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations at multiple properties and coordinate with Supervisor and Owner.
• Recruit, train, and mentor on-site staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Maintain marketing plans to achieve high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor variances and ensure compliance with HUD/affiliations.
