Responsibilities

• Lead associates at assigned properties and coordinate staff schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance with Maintenance Superintendent and plan work orders.
• Oversee rent collection, lease administration and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and ensure timely documentation.
• Attend meetings with Supervisor and Owner; act as liaison with clients.
