Job summary

Chapman Management Group is seeking a Multisite Property Manager to oversee operations for properties in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC. This role includes assisting the Senior Property Manager at other sites and requires strong leadership and bilingual communication.

The ideal candidate will be English/Spanish bilingual, experienced in leasing and compliance, and proficient with Yardi. Responsibilities include staff supervision, tenant relations, and ensuring occupancy goals across sites.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate leasing, compliance, and resident services.
• Experience with Yardi and HUD affordable housing regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff, conduct interviews, supervise training.
• Maintain occupancy targets and supervise leasing activities.
• Coordinate property operations, maintenance, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial reports.
