TI Communities seeks a Property Manager (Bilingual Spanish) for The Clayson Apartments in Palatine, IL. Lead onsite staff, supervise leasing, and ensure exceptional resident service. Strong focus on financial performance, compliance, and team development.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience leading a multifamily onsite team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and development for the onsite team.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Manage resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain open-door policy with residents and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Drive financial results to meet income and expense goals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing and leasing strategies.
• Lead leasing activities and monitor market conditions.
• Coordinate with the Service Director on property condition and curb appeal.
• Perform bookkeeping and financial tasks including rent collection and reports.
• Conduct daily property inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
