Tipton Asset Group, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent for a 232-unit property to be the friendly public face of the community and a key representative of the management office for current and prospective residents.

The Job includes presenting and leasing properties to prospective tenants, turning inquiries into leases, tours of units, daily follow-up, and preparing leasing documents and payments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and another language (preferred).
• Two years leasing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management software, Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service.
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units.
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants.
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect payments.
