TI Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant at The Clayson Apartments in Palatine, IL. Serve as the first friendly face for prospective residents, guiding them toward a sense of belonging and a great home.

Responsibilities include tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and contributing to events and resident engagement. Active leasing license or earning one within 90 days is required, with a competitive pay package and benefits.”

Leasing Consultant – Building Community, One Lease at a Time

Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred!

Location: Palatine, IL

Property: The Clayson Apartments

Property Size: 448 units

Salary: $18/hour + bonus + benefits + housing discount

Schedule:

• 4 Weekdays 9-6
• Saturday 10-5pm
• Sundays 10-5, if needed/under occupancy

**Must have an active leasing license or be willing to obtain it within 90 days**

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be more than a guide; you’ll be a connector of people and possibilities. You’ll be the first friendly face prospective residents meet, helping them find not just an apartment, but a place to belong.
