A Spanish-speaking candidate with 3+ years of residential property management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, Fair Housing laws, leasing, rent collection, and accounting software
• Strong understanding of balancing income and expenses to achieve best results
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged
• Spanish speaking required

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a property management team to deliver referral-worthy customer experiences
• Balance income and expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining service levels
• Oversee resident relations, leasing, maintenance and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
