• Minimum 3–5 years of multifamily management experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and operate assets in owners’ best interest.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected timely.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and certificates of insurance.
• Lead emergency team and manage community emergencies.
• Maintain property appearance and conduct regular inspections.
• Develop resident retention programs and marketing strategies.
• Oversee staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure leases are closed efficiently and occupancy is optimized.
• Monitor market competition and analytics to guide decisions.
