Job summary

Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Apartment Property Manager to oversee a smaller community for a well-established property management company. The role requires fluent Spanish and English and a hands-on, customer-service oriented approach.

You will manage leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, and day-to-day operations while coordinating maintenance, tracking records, and supporting occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Apartment Property Manager to oversee a smaller apartment community for a well-established and growing property management company.

Bilingual Apartment Property Manager- What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
