Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required in apartment property management; at least 1 year in customer service preferred.
• High School Diploma required; basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Must have valid TX driver's license, pass background and drug tests, and be bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing activities by supporting the leasing team and maintaining vacancy readiness.
• Support property operations including compliance with standards and timely maintenance coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, processing timesheets and move-outs.
