Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the apartment complex.
• Supervise assistant property manager and maintenance team as applicable.

• Process rental applications including background and credit checks.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and compliance with laws across properties.
• Market vacancies and support leasing efforts.
• Prepare and review lease documents and enforce eviction procedures when needed.
• Maintain relationships with residents and vendors.
