Job summary

The Tipton Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a multi-family community with leasing, customer service, and administrative duties. The role requires bilingual能力 and hands-on leasing experience.

You will manage leasing processes, coordinate with maintenance, enforce leases, and help lead leasing agents toward daily goals using OneSite and local advertising strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager is preferred.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet deadlines set by management/regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends.
• Investigate tenant complaints and coordinate with maintenance to complete repairs.
• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals, and show units to attract tenants.
• Support leasing agents and provide clear instructions to reach daily goals.
