Job summary

Tropicana Properties is seeking an Assistant to Property Manager in El Paso, TX. This on-site role supports the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing tasks, and excellent tenant service.

No experience in property management is required beyond 1 year in customer service; must hold a TX driver’s license, pass background checks, and be bilingual (English/Spanish). Salary is up to $18.00 per hour, with full-time hours and opportunities for upward movement to Onsite Property Manager.

Qualifications

• No Experience necessary in Apartment Property Management, must have at least 1 year of Customer Service.
• Must have a valid TX Driver's License and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Support leasing team by managing vacancies, renewals, and readies to keep the property looking presentable.
• Order supplies and submit vacancies, move outs, and maintenance timesheets.
