Fuller Theological Seminary seeks a Part-time Project Manager for the Centro Latino initiative, Comunidades Sanadoras. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and cohort sessions across Southern California, ensuring timely grant deliverables and participant support.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and comfortable working with pastors and families facing immigration-related stress.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (read/write/speak).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in project coordination, nonprofit administration, or church/ministry operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment/onboarding of participants and mentors across Southern California.
• Organize weekly small-group logistics and monthly cohort sessions by geographic zones.
• Manage project communications, schedules, and materials for sessions and site visits.
• Support online learning platform onboarding and troubleshoot tech issues.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for Centro Latino leadership and funders.
