Job summary

Fuller Theological Seminary is seeking a Part-time Project Manager for the Comunidades Sanadoras initiative managed through Centro Latino. The role coordinates recruitment, cohort gatherings, mentor support, and grant reporting across Southern California, with a focus on serving Latino pastors and families navigating immigration-related stress.

The position requires bilingual Spanish/English abilities, strong organizational skills, and comfort working across in-person and online settings.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual; able to read, write, comprehend, and speak both Spanish and English fluently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; familiarity with Latino/a church and ministry contexts strongly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in project coordination, nonprofit administration, or church/ministry operations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding of twenty Latino pastors and four mentors.
• Coordinate weekly small-group gatherings and monthly cohort sessions across Southern California.
• Organize site visits, guest trainers, and mentor coordination logistics.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants and partners with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist onboarding to the online learning platform and troubleshoot tech needs.
• Prepare session materials, agendas, and reflection tools for sessions.
• Attend and help facilitate in-person activities, including evenings and weekends.
• Collect data for participatory action research and project evaluation.
