Fuller Theological Seminary seeks a Project Manager for the Comunidades Sanadoras program, coordinating day-to-day operations and cohort gatherings across Southern California. You will manage recruitment, mentor coordination, and grant reporting in a grant-funded role requiring strong organization and interpersonal skills.

The position is 30 hours per week in Pasadena, with bilingual Spanish/English abilities, sensitivity to trauma-impacted communities, and ability to travel locally for site

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, reading, writing and speaking fluently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum two years coordinating projects or nonprofit operations.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines for a two-year grant project.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day project operations for Comunidades Sanadoras grant.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and cohort gatherings across So. California.
• Manage mentor coordination, mini-grants, and reporting to the funder.
• Maintain records, budgets, and project timelines; ensure grant compliance.
