AMS Impact Group is seeking an energetic Enrollment Outreach Manager (Bilingual - Spanish Required) to lead outreach across Arizona from Tempe. This is a full-time, on-site role reporting to the Director of Marketing with a 60/40 split between outreach and team leadership.

You will drive enrollment lead generation, coach staff, ensure CRM compliance, monitor metrics, and partner with Marketing and Enrollment teams to hit regional enrollment goals.

Competenze

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to travel locally and work evenings/weekends during peak season.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Mansioni

• Lead Enrollment Outreach Coordinators with daily guidance and accountability.
• Manage outreach territory and community partnerships for enrollment lead generation.
• Represent AMS at events in English and Spanish, including evenings/weekends.
• Oversee enrollment operations, data, and CRM usage with the Marketing Analyst.
• Ensure timely reporting, coaching, and process compliance.
