Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Production Manager in Fontana, CA oversees production operations and supports the thrift store's success. You will directly supervise the production room activities, manage merchandise flow to the sales floor, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize sales and customer service.

You will train production supervisors, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure safety and compliance while driving productivity and quality across the department.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS).
• Able to work independently and complete tasks.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail/thrift/warehouse or customer-facing experience preferred.
