Job summary

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, process improvements, and hands-on coaching to develop staff while maintaining quality standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within given procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production room operations and ensure schedule adherence.
• Coach and develop production team members to maintain quality and safety.
• Assist in safety procedures and compliance across production activities.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to improve processes and productivity.
• Assist in building production schedules and monitoring workflow.
