Job summary

RWB Thrift seeks a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager and oversee daily production room operations. You will supervise the team, ensure quality and timely outputs, and maintain a safe, productive work environment with guidance from leadership.

You will coach staff, assist in training, manage scheduling, and support process improvements to boost productivity across thrift store operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; strong English communication essential when interacting with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within prescribed procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; thrift/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the production room, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for processed merchandise, preparing items for the sales floor.
• Coach and develop production team members; assist in training new staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures; conduct regular safety inspections.
