You will train and develop production Supervisors and collaborate with store leadership to maintain quality and meet production goals.

Responsibilities include supervising daily production, implementing efficiency procedures, conducting quality checks, and maintaining safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Coach and develop production supervisors to drive continuous improvement and high performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping to optimize labor utilization and minimize overtime.
