Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead print floor operations, driving efficiency, quality, and team performance. You will oversee all printing activities, ensuring safe, on-time production that meets quality standards.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. The role features a 4x10 shift (6:30 AM–5:00 PM Fri/Sat and two weekdays) and opportunities to improve processes with plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a production, print, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise print production staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee all aspects of the printing process and develop subject matter expertise in print operations.
• Plan and prioritize daily workloads to meet production goals and customer deadlines while optimizing resources.
• Ensure print quality and color consistency through routine checks, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues in partnership with maintenance, operations, and IT teams.
• Operate and oversee RIP software and printing equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage team attendance, performance, and workplace dynamics, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain inventory of substrates, inks, and consumables while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies; promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with prepress, sales, and customer service to resolve issues and improve turnaround times.
• Track key production metrics (OEE, throughput, scrap, on‑time delivery) and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for consistent production execution.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
