Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a bilingual Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee overnight production operations and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role focuses on achieving daily goals safely, maintaining quality, coordinating workflow, and coaching staff while driving continuous improvement across the operation.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and be able to communicate effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift production employees to ensure daily production goals are achieved.
• Coordinate workflow and staffing to maintain efficient operations during the shift.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to provide direction, training, and support to team members.
• Monitor production activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth plant operations.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Conduct team meetings, provide performance feedback, and assist with employee evaluations.
• Investigate and address operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate production records and provide shift reports to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
