Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based care to Medicare populations. You will work with a large care team to focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and reducing hospital admissions in an on-site Arizona clinic.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with 13–16 patients per day, and on-site labs. Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $250,000 base plus quality-based bonuses; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
• Active, unrestricted state license required.
• Spanish speaking required.
• No residents allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-based healthcare to Medicare populations.
• Focus on quality outcomes and preventive medicine.
• Work within a care model to reduce hospital admissions.
• Collaborate with a care team including a Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker.
• Utilize on-site labs and access RubiconMD for specialist input.
• Work with EMR systems Canopy and Greenway.
