Qualifications

• Experience with personal computers, operating systems, and basic hardware.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; MIS/Networking courses helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teleflora florists with application software, PC OS, and basic hardware via phone, email, or chat.
• Log calls into the Call/Problem Tracking system.
• Meet or exceed department standards for effective call resolution and production.
• Escalate and direct customer calls as needed.
• Provide user feedback to management, QA, and development.
• Perform tasks in compliance with audit standards for reliability, security, and quality.
• Prepare reporting as required.
• Work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Instruct customers on installing and operating hardware and software.
