Job summary

Teleflora in Paragould, AR is seeking a POS Support Technician to assist florists with software, OS, and hardware via phone, email or chat. You will log and track calls, ensure timely resolutions, and provide excellent customer service.

This hourly role requires strong problem-solving, time management, and independent work. Training and growth opportunities are offered within Teleflora and The Wonderful Company family.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal computers, operating systems, and basic utilities.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist and troubleshoot Teleflora Florists in support of various application software packages, PC operating systems, and basic hardware via phone/email/chat.
• Log calls into the Call / Problem Tracking system.
• Meet or exceed standards for effective call resolution and production.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Escalate and direct customer calls as needed.
• Provide user feedback to management, quality assurance, and development.
• Perform all activities in compliance with audit standards in reliability, security, and quality.
• Prepare reporting as required.
• Perform other tasks as required.
• Maintain communication via multiple platforms.
• Work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Instruct customers on how to install and operate hardware and software.
