Job summary

Teleflora, part of The Wonderful Company, seeks an entry-level technical support specialist in Oklahoma City, OK. You will assist Teleflora florists by phone, email, and chat, resolving issues across applications, operating systems, and hardware while logging calls and maintaining customer focus.

You will need strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Spanish, with a willingness to travel for training and POS installations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with personal computers, operating systems, and basic hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teleflora florists via phone, email, and chat in support of application software, operating systems, and hardware.
• Log calls into the Call / Problem Tracking system and maintain accurate records.
• Meet or exceed department standards for effective call resolution and productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate as needed.
• Gather user feedback for management, QA, and development.
• Prepare required reporting and adhere to audit standards for reliability, security, and quality.
• Work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Instruct customers on how to install and operate hardware and software.
• Travel for training to support POS installations.
