• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Support donors with variable shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
