Qualifications

• Experience handling personal injury cases including intake, file organization, and ongoing tracking.
• Strong client service skills with clear, empathetic, professional communication.
• Ability to organize medical records, bills, and documentation and prepare summaries and demand packages.
• Solid administrative and time-management skills including scheduling and deadline tracking.
• Comfort negotiating with insurance companies and third parties.
• Familiarity with PI law processes and litigation timelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury matters and be primary client contact.
• Gather medical records and bills, maintain case files and timelines.
• Coordinate investigations and assist with claim documentation.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement materials for attorney review.
• Support litigation tasks such as discovery and court filings.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and monitor deadlines.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
