Job summary

Biolife Plasma Services in Beaumont, TX is seeking a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen first-time and returning donors, take vitals, perform finger sticks, and help maintain donor records and charts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and follow approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
