BioLife Plasma Services in Beaumont, TX is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors during donation, and ensure plasmapheresis equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with evenings and weekends required, and you may lift up to 50 lbs rarely. Training includes DIS data entry and donor compensation procedures.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., up to 32 lbs. rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor vitals and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate with Debit Card.
• Support center management with continuous improvement initiatives.
