Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy associate to support center operations. You will play a key role in donor screening, phlebotomy, and donor experience.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will need to be reliable and customer-focused, with attention to safety and data accuracy. Compensation includes a starting hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes to centre procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
