Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes following approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
