Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• CA-specific requirement: Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or RN may apply if local regulations require.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and pheresis procedures following SOPs.
• Monitor pheresis process and donor safety.
• Explain screening, tests, and center policies to donors.
• Record incidents and donor data in the donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-supplied work environment.
