• Coordinates prescription counseling with the Pharmacist as needed.
• Monitors stock levels and places restock orders.
• Verifies orders against invoices and labels items for shelves.
• Checks expiration dates and manages returns if not picked up.
• Processes prescription refills and handles prior authorizations per state rules.
