Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking skills required at a level 9.
• Pre-employment drug screen after conditional offer.
• Effective verbal and listening communication with a customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks (phones, filing, copying).
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
• Enter patient data and billing information in the system.
• Deliver prescriptions and collect payment and signature.
• Coordinate prescription counseling with the Pharmacist.
• Monitor stock levels and restock as needed.
• Verify orders and label items on shelves.
• Check expiration dates and manage stock accordingly.
• Perform duties aligning with Joint Commission and HRSA requirements.
