- Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and procedures related to personal injury litigation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret legal authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Proven ability to manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes.
- Experience conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance.
