Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
Conduct case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
Draft, file, and argue litigation documents, including discovery motions and oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to drive case strategy.
Maintain consistent communication with clients and guide them through each stage of their case.
Gain hand on experience handling complex, high-value litigation matters.
Continuously develop litigation skills through mentorship from experienced attorneys.
