• Experience managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Knowledge of trial procedures and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution.
• Oversee discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, and trial preparation.
• Serve as second chair in trials with opportunities for first chair.
• Collaborate with a national litigation team for client outcomes.
