Job summary

A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm seeks a highly motivated Trial Attorney to join their team. You will meet with clients, discuss cases, and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.

You will also prepare cases for trial and try them if needed, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), independently driven, and team-oriented, with extensive litigation

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
6+ years of litigation experience.
5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience evaluating claims and superb negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and be team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust.
Update clients and communicate with insurance companies about claims, demands, and offers.
Prepare cases for trial and try cases as needed.
