Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to support personal injury cases through the final stages, blending administrative precision with strong client service. The role focuses on settlements, insurance communications, and closing files with a client-centric approach.

Typically Monday–Friday with no weekends, the position includes employer-provided health benefits and related coverage after starting. A collaborative team environment awaits at our El Segundo base.

Competenze

• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual).
• 2+ years of recent employment.
• Experience in customer service, client services, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient with Excel.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements.
• Serve as primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payments.
• Coordinate with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and provide updates through case closure.
• Encourage clients to leave social media reviews and referrals.
• Perform administrative tasks to close client files efficiently.
