Job summary

Sepulveda Sanchez Law, PC is seeking a Sales Intake Specialist to lead the first stage of the client journey in California and New York. You will own the intake process, handle calls, texts, and web forms, and ensure a smooth path to representation with empathy and precision.

You will qualify prospective clients, coach intake staff on scripts and bilingual communication, and maintain strong CRM hygiene to support a data-driven intake function that scales with the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or intake roles with inbound leads.
• Experience with personal injury or professional services is valued.
• Ability to convert inbound leads into signed clients with follow-up.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication.
• Familiarity with intake criteria and consultative steps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake Lifecycle Management: Own the client-facing intake process from initial contact through signed representation.
• Lead Management and Case Screening: Screen and qualify prospective clients against firm criteria.
• Value Proposition and Objection Handling: Confidently communicate the firm’s value proposition and handle objections.
• Success Metrics: Track response speed, contact rates, follow-ups, and signed cases.
• Process Development and Improvement: Develop intake scripts and checklists for liability, damages, venue, medical pathways.
• CRM and Pipeline Optimization: Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate source attribution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with attorneys, pre-litigation, and marketing during spikes.
