Block LLP is seeking compassionate Intake Specialists for day and overnight shifts at our Burbank office. You will be the first contact for potential clients after an accident, gathering essential case information and guiding them through onboarding while delivering excellent client service.

The role emphasizes empathetic communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 1 year of legal intake experience.
• Experience in a Personal Injury law firm or legal environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or case management tools; strong communication is essential.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients seeking legal help.
• Conduct intake interviews in English and Spanish.
• Gather accident, injury, treatment, insurance, and liability details.
• Escalate urgent matters and guide clients through onboarding.
• Document information and maintain detailed notes in the case system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth intake.
